Continuous upgrades are being made to the Water Treatment Plant and service infrastructure in accordance with TCEQ regulations to ensure that our “Superior” water rating is maintained. RATES & CHARGES:
If any bill is not paid by or before the due date set forth on the bill or statement, the city shall add a 10% penalty to the amount past due and unpaid, and a second bill will be mailed containing a cutoff notice that if the bill is not paid by 8:00 a.m. on the 21st of the month, service will be discontinued for non-payment.
